Jennifer was born July 24, 1969 in Castle Hill section of the Bronx. Her father, David, is a computer engineer. Her mother, Guadalupe, taught kindergarten. Jennifer is the middle of three daughters. Her sister, Leslie, was a housewife who sings opera. My sister, Linda, is a DJ at WKTU in New York, a VH1 VJ and corresponding new morning show in New York, channel 11. parents born in Puerto Rico, Jennifer, but does not measure, until both came to America. The mother and the parents were Europeans who settled in Puerto Rico. She said that parents' work ethic that made a difference in their lives. Jennifer has been singing and dancing lessons at the age of 5 years. She attended Catholic school for 12 years, including all the girls at school. She plays softball and tennis in high school and has been a gymnast.
After high school she briefly worked in an office. Meanwhile, they dance in the night. At 18, she left home because her mother was frightened by her decision to stay in show business. With the cast of In Living Colors (1990) in 1990, she moved to Los Angeles, but first she hated. Finally, a friend, David Cruz, moved to be with her there and she learned her new environment to accept. Her career has taken her "Living Color" and relay reaches new heights with her role as Latin singer Selena killed (1997).
